๐ฅ One gummy or two? The SodaPeak dosage question
Two published sources give two different servings. Here is both, and the rule that settles it.
The seller publishes two different servings for this product. ๐ฅ On a chewable, where taking a second by habit is easy, that is worth sorting out before your first one.
๐ What each source says
The Supplement Facts panel directs one gummy daily, taken with an 8 oz glass of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. It lists 30 servings per container, which matches 30 gummies at one per serving.
The brand's own usage graphic — the "How SodaPeak Works" artwork — says two gummies daily, approximately 1 g, for best results.
Those are not the same instruction, and at two a day a 30-gummy container lasts 15 days rather than 30.
โ The rule that settles it
Follow the directions printed on your own bottle. Not a website, not a graphic, not this page. The label on the product in your hand is authoritative and reflects the batch you actually received.
This is good practice for every supplement. It matters more here because the two published figures differ by a factor of two, and because the Supplement Facts panel is the regulated, standardised part of the packaging — marketing artwork is not.
๐คท Why this happens
Usually because marketing creative and label copy are produced at different times by different people, and nobody reconciles them when something is updated. Carelessness rather than anything sinister.
It is still worth flagging. A reader following the larger figure is taking double the amount of every active, and on a product where the amounts are published and checkable, that is a change worth making deliberately rather than by accident.

๐ฐ See today's price๐ญ And the sugar doubles too
A detail people miss. At 1.5 g of sugar per gummy, one a day is 1.5 g and two a day is 3 g. Still small, but if you are tracking added sugar or managing diabetes, it is the kind of thing worth getting right rather than guessing.
โ ๏ธ Do not exceed the label
The published label explicitly advises against exceeding the recommended dose. With a chewable that tastes pleasant, this is easier to do than with a capsule — and the usual logic that more works faster does not hold for adaptogens, which are described as accumulating over weeks regardless.
๐ If your bottle is unclear
Contact the seller through your order confirmation email and ask them to confirm the serving in writing. They sold it to you; they can answer it. Do not split the difference and guess.
