๐งช SodaPeak® ingredients: every amount, checked
Seven actives, each with a published figure. Here is every one against the amounts research actually used โ the comparison this label makes possible.
SodaPeak itemises all seven active ingredients rather than using a proprietary blend. ๐ That is rare on this shelf and it earns genuine credit. It also means the figures can be checked, which is what this page does.

๐ฟ Tongkat ali: the one that holds up
If you are going to be persuaded by any ingredient here, it should be this one. Tongkat ali is a Southeast Asian root with a modest but real body of human research on male hormonal markers and stress-related outcomes, and studies commonly use 200–400 mg daily.
At 200 mg, SodaPeak sits inside that range. That is a genuinely defensible amount and most competitors in this category cannot say the same. The MedlinePlus entry is a reasonable neutral summary. Worth noting: long-term safety data is limited.
๐ง Ashwagandha: good ingredient, light dose
Ashwagandha has genuine research on stress, cortisol and sleep, and stress is a legitimate part of this picture. Most trials use 300–600 mg of a standardised extract; 100 mg is below that.
It also carries real cautions: thyroid conditions, pregnancy, sedative medication, and rare reports of liver injury. Not a neutral herb, and worth naming to a pharmacist.
๐ง L-arginine and ๐ฅฌ beet root: right idea, small numbers
Using two independent routes to nitric oxide is sensible formulation. But arginine research works in grams and this label gives 50 mg; beetroot studies use concentrated juice and this gives 50 mg of extract. We go through the arithmetic separately.

Reasonable evidence for libido specifically, which is narrower than general vitality but real. Traditionally eaten as a food in far larger quantities, and trials use grams rather than the 100 mg here.
๐ญ The sugar, and the other ingredients
Each serving carries 6 calories, 2 g of total carbohydrate and 1.5 g of total sugars. The base is cane sugar, glucose syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavour, natural colouring and starch.
Small in isolation. Worth counting if you manage diabetes, and worth reading the full other-ingredients list if you have food sensitivities — a gummy base is different from a capsule shell.
โ ๏ธ The medication cautions
L-arginine and beet root both support nitric oxide and may lower blood pressure, so they can add to nitrate medication, erectile dysfunction medicines and blood pressure treatment. Ashwagandha carries thyroid, pregnancy and sedative cautions. Grape seed extract carries a blood thinner caution. Full guide here.
๐ A fair summary
Excellent label practice. One properly dosed headline ingredient, one reasonable supporting one, four token amounts and one we cannot name. The transparency is why you can know that at all.
